There are just a few weeks left to see A Midnight Visit – a spectacular immersive theatre production in Newtown, in which audiences encounter mysterious characters, thrilling scenes and gothic splendour across 34 rooms.

Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe, while flirting with elements of fantasy, satire, steampunk and David Lynch, the show invites audiences to be seduced by their imagination and let their adventurous spirits go wild. “The experience explores themes of madness, guilt, death, impermanence and memory – just the small things in life,” explains director and co-creator Danielle Harvey. “It’s sometimes funny, sometimes sexy, sometimes wistful, and yes, sometimes a bit scary.”
