Celebrate Father’s Day at Bistro Moncur and Woollahra Hotel

Bistro Moncur and Woollahra Hotel bring you a Father’s Day special to celebrate dad. We have also prepared a bespoke selection of gift ideas curated by our cellar’s manager, Mark Blake at Moncur Cellars.

The team at Bistro Moncur want to ensure that dads feel celebrated on this special day. So, on Father’s Day, 6th of September, Bistro Moncur will be open all day from 11:30am-8pm and you can dine for a 2-hour seating. More than the classic favourites indulge in an entrée scallop special and main 90-day dry-aged rib eye special prepared by Chef Mark Williamson and his team. Dads will also get to enjoy a complimentary Whiskey Mac with Glenmorangie 10yr and Stones Ginger wine.

A far more casual dining experience, the Woollahra Hotel’s Head Chef, Jordan Muhammad, has prepared a special mouth-watering dish – Braised Masterstock Beef Short Ribs. Think fall off the bone tender masterstock beef short ribs in soft fluffy bao buns served deconstructed with a refreshing Asian slaw balanced with cucumber pickles and our housemade sambal mayo for a little spicy kick! Dads will also receive a complimentary drink* with their main meal.
